Google Account Recovery Issues After Factory Reset

So, my brother factory-reset my phone from his mobile using a shared email on "Find My Device" (yeah, he's dumb). Now, when I try logging into my emails (I've forgotten my passwords), [1] I have two emails already logged into my laptop. I tried account recovery and got a mail from Google saying, "We’ll send a link to sign in to your account in 6 hours." [2] I also have two other accounts that aren't logged into any devices. When I try recovery, it shows the "Tap Yes and select 1 out of 3 numbers" thing, but I haven’t received any notification for a password reset or recovery.

Any idea or suggestion on what I should do?
