MGS HD collection vs legacy collection

I downloaded both games MGS HD collection and legacy collection from vimm's lair and when I add them to rpcs 3 they're both shown as MGS HD collection with exact same serial number and there is no MG, MG2, MGS and MGS VR missions in them whats the difference? is there a way I can access those games?
