Where’s the razzle dazzle in St. John’s when it comes to Christmas lights this year?

Have some company for a few days and looking to do a driving around tour looking at Christmas lights, wondering which neighborhoods are the hot spots, a few years ago I went out to Flatrock and the house that had a great display but also a large crowd and was hard to get to. Any tips appreciated
